Our Raspberry & White Chocolate Cake features four layers of our classic raspberry ripple sponge, loaded with smooth White Chocolate Buttercream and scratch-made raspberry goo. We don't hold back on the cake decoration either - raspberry meringue poops, raspberry buttercream, raspberry goo and buttercream bands, handmade white chocolate truffle balls, white chocolate ganache drip... even edible gold leaf! This cake's got a lot going on, but the taste as always is our top priority, and the Raspberry & White Chocolate Cake really delivers with a mix of smooth sweet white chocolate and tangy fresh raspberry.
