DESCRIPTION

A true classic, and winner of the FT's Best Birthday Cake award, our Raspberry Ripple cake is an incredible mix of creamy, fruity, tart and tangy. With eight perfectly trimmed layers of rippled raspberry and vanilla sponge, each one filled with lashings of fresh raspberry goo, soft whipped icing and real raspberries. Finished with raspberry swipe decoration, piped buttercream swirls and fresh raspberries.
